The FIV Ab + FeLV Ag Combo Test Kit is a rapid integrated diagnostic tool for the simultaneous detection of Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) antibodies and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) antigens in feline blood. These two retroviruses are primary causes of illness and death in domestic cats, often leading to secondary infections or tumors due to immune suppression. Screening is essential for newly adopted cats, outdoor cats, or prior to vaccination. This lateral flow immunochromatographic assay provides highly sensitive and specific results within 5-10 minutes, allowing pet owners and veterinarians to make informed decisions regarding treatment, isolation, and long-term care management.

Indications

Simultaneous detection of FIV antibodies and FeLV antigens in Whole Blood, Serum, or Plasma.
Usage

1. Collect a blood sample.
2. Apply 1 drop of sample into each sample well (FIV & FeLV).
3. Add 2-3 drops of assay buffer to each well.
4. Read the results at 5-10 minutes.

Precautions
